By a decent margin the most popularStats
parser. It's actually big enough it's in the Google spellcheck.
Running only on windows, it's closed source, and sharewhere, and
not exactly the speedeamon of other engines, but if you want to go
with the flow, or go with the classic, then this is your
ticket.
PISG (or Perl Irc Statistics Generator) is
open source and relativley popular in both the linux and windows
community, it also has the unique atribute of being the only engine
to work under MacOS too. It actually should work anywhere there's
perl available. Not the fastest around, but it's opensource, and
it's popular.
Open source, and POSIX based, it looks likes
it's dead, although from the sourceforge stats it still pulls about
2 downloads a day!
A continuation on the now dead ISG project
it's open source and seems to be updated frequently, it's a rather
mature stats engine for Linux/BSD.
Built in python it's POSIX based, shows a
pretty good caching system and a unique stats page, but under
spuratic development.
stats.mod is (i beleive) a plug-in for
eggdrop that generates realtime stats. A very different style of
program/mod from anyother listed on this page.

| IRC Log Converters |

Despite the name it SHOULD work with
SpiffyStats, basicly it causes eggdropp to create mIRC compliant
logs.
Working with both Eggdrop and Irssi it simply
creates mIRC compliant logs.
Fairly straight-forward, converts
dancerbot/dancer logs to mIRC.
IRCLC converts PIRCH and dIRC log files into
mIRC style log files.
